Tay Bunkhouse
The Tay Bunkhouse is a beautiful stone cottage recently renovated and turned in to comfy bunkhouse accommodation, perfect for your group, family or activity break with friends. The town of Pitlochry is just 5 minutes’ drive away with local facilities, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops to cater for all tastes and interests. With over 250 things to see and activities to do in the area, you’ll never run out of things to do in Highland Perthshire.
Free Parking
Space for 4 – 5 cars outside the bunkhouse. Additional parking can be found on the road through the village.
Dog Friendly
We love dogs and are happy to bring your furry friend with you. Please see out terms and conditions about dogs at the bunkhouse before booking.
Outdoor Area
Our outdoor area is a great place to sit around the fire or enjoy a BBQ in the evening with friends. There is a BBQ shelter for you to use, fire pit and seating area as wells as an outdoor dining table and benches.

"What can I say, fab wee spot this. Tucked away but easily accessible. Peaceful and stunning views. Hosts were just fab and clear, instructions, very responsive. Only 1 very squeaky bed, but apart from that it was fab. The showers are to die for! Would definitely recommend this spot - a great place to just switch off and chill. Thanks George and Ben!"
"Fantastic bunkhouse: clean, cosy, hot showers with lots of kitchen utensils/pots etc. Minor thing - one lower bunk (in 3-bunk room next to window), somewhat squeaky but otherwise nothing negative. Weather wasn't that great but still got out for a walk and we thought so highly of it that we have booked for next Oct already and planned our walks!! Thank you George, we are looking forward to coming back next year."
